Ajustio is a personal finance management app designed to help users record, categorize, and manage their income, expenses, and financial transactions. Features include, but are not limited to, account creation, categories, subcategories, transaction logging, and report visualization.

All content, design, features, logos, text, and graphics within the Ajustio App are the exclusive property of Viterbo, Marcio Soares and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
You are the sole owner and responsible for all financial data, text, images (avatar), and other information you enter, register, or upload to the App ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
Ajustio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Use of our App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
a) By You:
You may stop using the Service at any time. We offer features within the App that allow you to delete your transaction data or permanently delete your account and all associated data. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will do our best to notify you (e.g., via an in-app notification or by sending an email). Continued use of the App after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
