How to Delete Your Ajustio Account

At Ajustio, we believe you should have full control over your data. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent process to delete your account and all associated information directly within the app.

Steps to Delete Your Account

You can find the deletion options by following the path below inside the app:

1. Open the Ajustio app and go to the "Settings" screen.
2. Look for the "Data Maintenance" section or similar.
3. On this screen, you’ll find options to manage your data.

Available Deletion Options

We offer two distinct options so you can choose the level of deletion you prefer:

1. Clear Financial Data

This option is ideal if you want to start fresh without losing your settings.

• What it does: Permanently deletes all your financial transactions (income, expenses, transfers).
• What it keeps: Your user account (login and password), your registered accounts, categories, and subcategories remain intact.

2. Permanently Delete Account

This option completely removes your presence from Ajustio.

• What it does: Permanently deletes EVERYTHING associated with you, including:
  • Your user account (login and password).
  • Your profile data (name and avatar).
  • All your financial transactions.
  • All your registered accounts, categories, and subcategories.

Data Retention

As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not retain your data after account deletion. The deletion process is instant and final to ensure your privacy.
